Upon receipt of your order our customer service team will be in touch to confirm final price, despatch timescale and delivery costs allowing for fluctuating metal and gemstone prices, order size and delivery location. Agreed costs will be invoiced upon order fulfillment.
Returns apply only in the instance of manufacturing fault or items despatched 'on approval' by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with any finished product so that we may agree return / repair / replacement options.
