Starting Out
Consultation
The first step of the process is to find out what you're looking for. We hold a consultation to discuss your client's wishes, which might include changing an existing design or maybe creating something new entirely.
We give our expert advice to make sure we start the bespoke process with a clear picture of what we're creating, and that you and your customer will be completely satisfied with the final result.
You will also get a chance to select diamonds and/or gemstone quality for inclusion into the piece, based on price and any client preferences
Sharing & Agreeing
The Design
We start the design stage of the process with a hand-drawn sketch, bringing the discussions made in the consultation to life. This will let you share the visulaised design with your customer for the first time and then make any tweaks or adjustments before we render the piece in CAD form.
The CAD (Computer Aided Design) will allow us to show your piece in a more realistic 3D form, allowing you to view the piece from a variety of angles before we proceed in creating your jewellery.
Custom-made
The Finished Piece
The final stage of the process is manufacture of the bespoke piece. The design will be fully crafted, set, polished and finished by our talented in-house team. All you will need to do is package the item to present to your client.
Throughout the whole process, our team of experts will support you to make sure your offer your customers a stress-free and enjoyable experience - and you will both be delighted with the final result.
